Ppvipp Terms & Conditions — Know the Terms before you play

📌 1. Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to ppvipp. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ppvipp website (ppvipp.ws) and all related services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026. ppvipp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use ppvipp after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

👤 2. Account Registration

To open an account on ppvipp, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one per person one One ppvipp account per user is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and all other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Your account will not be fully activated without mobile number verification (OTP).
• Opening an account using someone else's name or personal information is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to ppvipp support.

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out on the account.

✅ 3. Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to use ppvipp's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older required. ppvipp's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• You must have an active mobile banking account (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) registered in your name.
• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and are using the platform entirely of your own free will.
• Any individual previously banned by ppvipp is not permitted to open a new account.

💳 4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ppvipp:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 100 — Maximum: varies by method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 100 (Mobile Banking), ৳ 5,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–48 hours.
• Ppvipp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and place a hold on it if necessary.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

Large withdrawals may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This process is in place for your own security.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Ppvipp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Welcome Bonus: ×25 wagering requirement, maximum ৳5,000, valid for 30 days.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited. If proven, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts will be closed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Ppvipp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used on bonus-eligible games — not all games qualify.

🎮 6. Gaming Policy & Fairness

All games on ppvipp are conducted with complete fairness. We adhere to the following principles:

• All Games RNG (Random Number Generator) Technology-driven and regularly audited by third parties.
• Ppvipp has no ability to manually alter the outcome of any bet.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ppvipp may void that game and restart it.
• Odds in live Sports Betting are subject to change — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Server records are the highest authority. In the event of any dispute, server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted in writing to support@ppvipp.ws within 48 hours. ppvipp will investigate and issue a decision within 7 business days.

🔐 7. Security & Privacy

Ppvipp takes the protection of your personal and financial data very seriously:

• All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
• Transaction OTPs will only be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Ppvipp staff will never ask for or have access to your password.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked, contact our support team immediately.

📜 8. Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvipp platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or manipulate the system.
• Harassment, threats, or hostile behaviour toward other users.
• Using ppvipp for money laundering or any fraudulent purpose.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of ppvipp's systems.
• Creating an account using false information or committing fraud during the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or granting unauthorized third-party access to your account.

Any violation of these rules entitles ppvipp to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice, and legal action may be taken if warranted.

🚫 9. Account Suspension & Closure

Ppvipp may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Confirmed underage use or submission of false information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

You may close your account at any time by sending a written request to support@ppvipp.ws. Please withdraw your balance before requesting account closure.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

Ppvipp is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to connectivity issues or device malfunction.
• If your login credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.
• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• For financial losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.

Ppvipp is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and service. However, ppvipp shall not be held liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues. In such cases, ppvipp pledges to restore services as quickly as possible.
